Background

ESG worked closely with VOLO to install the worlds first ever interactive In-Train Entertainment System (ITES) to a MKIII coach operated by First Great Western (FGW).

ESG were contracted to carry out the design and fitment of the system within a very tight timescale and to liaise with all suppliers to bring the project to its conclusion.

As a result, passengers can choose from a range of at-seat entertainment and have full control of their viewing options via touch screen technology. Programmes available include drama, comedy, soaps, news, sport, games and the latest box office releases, all at the touch of a button.
