| DESIGN/TESTING |
| ESG offer a complete range of mechanical and electrical
design services. Our CAD systems include Solid Edge, AutoCAD
and Microstation (drawings can be produced in any format to
suit individual client needs). All designs are supported by
necessary analysis and calculation work, including stress,
gauging, clearances, etc. |

Where required, ESG can undertake appropriate testing
work including:
- on-track testing, supported by industry-recognised
IT systems, such as VAMPIRE and RAVEN
- environmental testing - EMC, Pollution, Noise
We will ensure that your design has all the necessary
validation required to meet industry and regulatory
standards.
