Engineering Support Group (ESG), the pioneering consultancy provider of rail engineering solutions, has expanded into France.
The Derby based firm has a strong record of achievement in providing new thinking for the railway of tomorrow, taking existing challenges faced by customers and delivering robust solutions.
The decision to expand into France follows increasing demand from mainland European railway operators for ESG’s services and the success of operations in Britain. By having an office and workforce in Paris, ESG will be able to increase its work for these customers while continuing to expand in Britain.
ESG has proven ability in mainland Europe having modified the class 66 freight locomotive for operations in France. The company is also conducting a vehicle enhancement programme for soon to be launched passenger rail operator Grand Central and is involved in a number of European and international railway projects.
To further improve connectivity with its customers , the ESG website has been re-launched providing both English and French language versions of the site.
