| Managing Director |
|

The ESG Managing Director has overall responsibility for
all engineering consultancy work carried out by the company. |

| Principal Consultant Engineers |
|
|
| These are the most senior and experienced engineers in the
company, with extensive knowledge and experience of all types
of T&RS, service applications and operational issues.
They are the principal customer contact when securing new
areas of business and their presence ensures that, no matter
how challenging the problem you have come to us with, we can
identify a cost-effective solution. |

| Senior Consultant Engineers |
|
Senior Engineers are typically heads of Section with extensive proven experience in a particular field such as auditing or power equipment. They have responsibility in managing larger projects and
have attained a good understanding awareness of railway certification/approval
processes. |
 |
| Consultant Engineers |
|
|
| ESG Consultant Engineers are the heart of the company, with
experience in their chosen field within the railway industry.
A Consultant Engineer will always be nominated as your principal
contact for matters concerning the technical content of your
project. For the larger scale or more demanding projects,
ESG also employs a number of Senior Consultant Engineers. |

| Graduate Engineers |
|
Highly qualified engineers typically with up to 4 years experience of railway consulting. Recently graduated engineers working under the close monitoring of a senior member of staff with the aim of becoming chartered. They are able to provide good technical support for projects and manage their own smaller projects depending on skills and experience. |

| Associate Engineers |
|
|
| One of ESG's great strengths is our associate network. This
gives us the flexibility we need to adapt to the requirements
of your work and the ability to respond quickly to variations
in demand. Our Associates are typically experienced and respected
railway engineers with extensive railway knowledge, familiar
with addressing railway engineering challenges. |

extensive facilities at nearby Traction (Level5) Depot, Wagon

| EWS Crewe IEMD - Established office location, with
access to facilities at nearby Electric Traction (Level 5)
Depot. EWS Commercial Maintenance Services, in partnership
with whom ESG offers many of its turn-key solutions, is also
based here. |
